The Institute for Strategic Christian Leadership is focused on helping Local Churches develop training programs for their leaders within the vision of that local assembly. When set up within the local assembly, the senior ministry of the house is able to adapt the courses to the vision expression that God has given him and thus train his leaders within the vision.

Our understanding of the Ways of God is woven into all our course material, so that academic excellence and spiritual impartation go hand in hand, as the teachers impart, both knowledge and words of spirit and life into the students.
The Heart of the Father is that we learn to live in the glory of God. ISCL's courses are designed with this in mind. You will find the academic level challenging, but the cry of our hearts is that you find the impartation into your spirit that which awakens hunger within your heart for a deeper relationship with God.
As a College focused on developing leaders we take seriously God's admonition in Deuteronomy: 28:13 And the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if that thou hearken unto the commandments of the LORD thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them:
All the teachers in ISCL's faculty are committed to producing leaders able to become the head in their particular field or calling.
All of the teachers recommended by ISCL are men and women who walk in unique a combination of the Word and the Spirit. Through the unique impartation of God into their lives, they teach and share both excellence of the academic and excellence of the Spirit, imparting both into the life of their students.
